Need to setup www.domainname.com as a primary domain for a site
Hi there,
We need to use www.domainname.com as our primary domain. Unforchantly we can't set just domainname.com for our site — it's used by other services as a ssh hostname. So we want to set up http redirect from our servers to www.domain.com and setup www.domain.com as a primary domain for our site.
But we can't save our domain name with www in our site settings — it just doesn't save the setting, doesn't render any error message and saves domain.com.
You can save test.domain.com or any other third-level domain, but not www.
How can we solve this issue?

Harmony automatically forwards anything from www to the root, for canonical purposes. If you'd like to use something other than the root, simply select a different subdomain other than www (we use get.harmonyapp.com). Thanks!

Hey Steve,
Our primary domain (domain.com) is already hosted on a VPS and is used for other services for a while, that's why we can't do domain.com IN A harmony-domain, and were planning on using www.* as a domain for Harmony and root domain and other subdomains for everything else.
Is there any way to host www.domain.tld and NOT domain.tld on Harmony?..

For optimization reasons, there's no way to add www to a Harmony domain. However, any other subdomain will work just fine. Perhaps web.domain.tld or get.domain.tld would work. That's what we use here.
