Image Management
Hey Guys,
Looking to manage rotators on about 30 pages to feature products. Would be most easily handled using some kind of folder structure. Any chance of this becoming an option or is there a solution you recommend?
Thanks,
Chris

Can you explain more what you are thinking? Not sure I understand. By rotators you mean something that flips through several feature images?
You'll have the same rotator on all 30 pages or each will be different? If you can map out a bit of it that would help a lot. Thanks.

Sure.
For each of 24 unique pages, there will be an associated gallery of 24 unique images.
Looking for an easy way to batch all of these through scripting within the template while still maintaining some level of sanity on the backend.

Initially what comes to mind is this:
Root page of Galleries.
Sub pages for each of the 24 unique. Should be titled in some way that you can easily say this sub page is for this page of the unique 24.
Image pages under the sub page. These would just have a title and an asset upload field.
On each of the 24 unique pages, you could item_from_path the related Gallery sub page, then loop through all of its children to output the images.
Having a Gallery type would certainly make this easier but that is a ways off.
Does that help/make sense?
