Twitter Feed
Hey guys
We're having a bit of trouble with a client's twitter feed (www.thechildrensguide.co.nz). It would seem that the 'facebook' feed on their website (which is captured via twitter) isn't updating. The client's facebook and twitter accounts are updating fine, it just doesn't seem to carry across to harmony anymore. This is the feed that isn't updating... http://thechildrensguide.harmonyapp.com/admin/#/admin/feeds/4df5431...
Any thoughts?

Thanks for getting in touch Darryn. Should be fixed now, I had to re-queue it as it had failed 6 times (we stop retrying after a certain amount of tries).
I'll be looking into this more over the next couple of weeks, trying to figure out why the issue happens and finding a solution for us going forward. In the meantime, if you notice it stalled again please don't hesitate to get in touch.

I'm seeing the same thing with our Twitter feed. It hasn't been updated in a while.

Hi, our twitter feed has not been updated in Harmonyapp for 24 days...

Haakon,
We used to give up on trying to fetch feeds after 5 failures. With Twitter, it's not uncommon for it to fail 5 times in a row. We just pushed out a change that will retry after 24 hours, even if it still fails.
Let us know if you continue to see issues.
