Harmonly links generating without the "r" as "Hamony"

Today half my navigation seems to be generating links with harmony misspelled while the other half are working correctly. Sometimes I reference specific location to pull from i.e. href="/individuals/walking_tours/summary". However, that part generates fine even when additional things are appended. The issue is in the part before this. See these two URLs for an example.

Anyone seen this? Ideas on how to fix or when it will be fixed (if an issue with Harmony).
