Javascript that rely on directories

I'm trying to use the Galleria jQuery plugin but it just doesn't seem to work.

I'm wondering if it's because it is expecting scripts and CSS to all reside in an src folder. Is it possible to group things in folders?

Any suggestions?

   Hmm... I don't have any suggestions (Steve if you do, pop in). We'll have to think about this. We are trying to not introduce folders as things can get complex pretty quickly.
