Errors when saving after adding new file in IE

Hi again,

Just another heads up that apparently pages show an error in the status bar and the "green tick" never appears when saving a page after adding a new image. Also in IE8 (I think).

    I was able to duplicate this in IE8 and have created an issue for us to take a look.
