Input options?

So I can see that it is possible to take comments from users. So is there a way to take other types of input from site users? If so where is that data stored and how can it be accessed?

    We definitely want to allow other forms that collect data, but there is nothing currently. In the meantime, we recommend wufoo or formspring.
