Would you consider single site accounts?
I have fallen on love with Harmony, and would like to transfer many of my existing sites to it. One of the most appealing features for me is that I don't have to host them, which ideally would mean I would have to worry about collecting hosting fees. But, if a client only has one site, I would probably end up keeping their site under my account so they could just pay for the one.
If you had an option for a single site account, I would seriously consider contacting all my of my current clients and letting them know I am no longer offering website hosting, but that for a nominal fee I would transfer their site to Harmony. Then I would just need to convert my Rails and Sinatra apps to Heroku. Then the I really could stop offering hosting.

The reason for th two site plan is that Harmony is built for managing multiple sites, and really shines in that aspect, so we wanted to give people an extra site to use if and when they need. We'd charge the same for a one site plan, so in essence, you're getting one for free.
